H-E-B expanding - 2/19/10
A new H-E-B will open in College Station this fall, officials said Thursday.
Andy Weiner of Weiner Development said the San-Antonio based company will build what is expected to be the largest grocery store in the region -- an estimated 88,000 square feet -- at the northwest corner of Texas 6 and Texas 40.

Plans form for rezoning - 2/17/10
College Station school trustees plan to establish new attendance zones for the 2011-12 school year.
Superintendent Eddie Coulson told trustees during their February meeting on Tuesday that the opening of two new schools will prompt the need for rezoning.
